When will the Delaware warehouse be fully operational?
The Delaware warehouse is already operational and ready to receive your shipments.
When is the Houston warehouse closing?
The Houston warehouse will close on September 13th, 2024. This is also final day we ship out of the warehouse.
What will happen to my packages currently en route to Houston?
We are still receiving shipments at the Houston warehouse till the 6th of September, 2024 and our last day of shipping out of the warehouse is on the 13th of September, 2024. But we advise that you reroute any packages currently en route to Houston and the Delaware warehouse as soon as possible.
How do I update my shipping address on shopping platforms?
Simply go to your account settings on your shopping platform and update your shipping address to our Delaware warehouse: Heroshe, 23 Cochran Lane Building 3 Ste 3, Heroshe, Camden, Delaware (DE). To ensure the address is accurate, follow the address the way it’s been written on your dashboard.
Will there be any delays in processing my shipments during the transition?
We are doing everything possible to ensure a smooth transition. However, minor delays might occur during the final phase of the move.

What should I do if I mistakenly ship an item to the Houston warehouse after it closes in September 13th?
If packages arrive at our Houston warehouse after September 13th, 2024, customers have two options:
Forwarding Packages: Customers will need to contact the shipping company to have their packages forwarded to our Delaware warehouse for processing.
Secure Holding: If customers are unable to arrange for forwarding, we will securely hold their packages until they are moved to the Delaware warehouse. These packages will be processed and appear on the customers' dashboards on October 1st, 2024

Will my delivery times be affected by this move?
We expect delivery times to remain largely unchanged, though minor adjustments may occur during the transition.
