What is the Keep Box Feature?
The Keep Box Feature allows Pro and Premium subscribers to retain their items in their original packaging—provided they meet the minimum weight requirement of 2kg. Whether you are an influencer, UGC creator, or simply someone who values receiving products in their original branded packaging, this feature is for you. That means your items arrive just as the supplier packaged them—perfect for unboxing, reviews, or keeping your collection pristine.
Why We Repack Items
At Heroshe, we repack items by default—and here is why:
- Some items come in oversized packaging that takes up unnecessary space, even when they weigh less than 1 lb.

How to Enable the Keep Box Feature
Activating the Keep Box Feature is easy! Follow these simple steps:
- Log into your Heroshe account.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Personal Info.
- Toggle the “Retain Original Packaging” option.
Once enabled, all eligible packages meeting the 2kg requirement will be shipped in their original packaging.
Important Things to Note
- We will repackage your items by default to optimize shipping if the feature is not enabled.
- If you enable the feature for items below 2kg, the weight will be rounded to meet the 2kg requirement.
