New Policy Update: Package Liquidation

We are updating our policy to reflect the liquidation of packages that have stayed longer than our 90-day free storage period starting today, August 22nd, 2022.

These are items that have yet to be claimed, paid for, and shipped to their respective owners or have been identified as fraudulent by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

To explain further:

Each customer’s package gets 90-day free storage at our warehouse in the USA.
After 90 days, the customer begins to incur storage fees and would be required to pay the storage fee alongside the shipping fee once they are ready to ship their items.
Items are liquidated only after staying up to 1 year at our USA and Lagos warehouses.

This means that all liquidated items will no longer appear on your dashboard for payment or shipping.

We urge you to complete your shipping transactions as soon as your items get uploaded to your dashboard. You should also pick them up or deliver them once they arrive at our Nigerian warehouse.
