But what about the waiting time? We understand that time is of the essence for our customers, so we have streamlined our ocean shipping process to ensure timely delivery.

Things To Know Before Your First Ocean Shipment with Heroshe

Before making your first ocean shipment with Heroshe, there are a few things to know:

Ocean Shipping Timeline:
While ocean shipping has many benefits, the delivery timeline may be longer than air freight. Ocean shipments from our Houston warehouse to Nigeria take 12-14 weeks to arrive. However, please remember that this timeline may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and weather conditions.

Shipping Schedule:
Unlike air freight, ocean shipments from our U.S. warehouse won't occur weekly on Thursdays. However, you can easily access the shipping schedule on your dashboard, allowing you to plan your shipments accordingly. We will also inform you about shipping schedules via the Notifications tab on your dashboard.

Current Warehouse Location:
At present, ocean shipping is available exclusively from our U.S. Houston warehouse. We are continuously working to expand our services, and we will keep you informed about any future developments regarding additional warehouse locations.

Shipping Fees:
The cost of shipping using our ocean shipping service is $2 per pound.

Please note that this introductory rate is subject to potential adjustments. We will keep you informed if the pricing changes in the future.
