Last week, we promised users on Heroshe and Premium plans that we had something amazing for them. The wait is over, and we're excited to introduce KYB (Know Your Business), a feature designed to make your shipping experience even more seamless.

What is KYB?

KYB, or Know Your Business, is a feature that allows business owners on Pro and Premium subscriptions to verify their business profiles on Heroshe and unlock the Custom Labelling service!

Verify Your Business Profile: 
KYB allows you to verify and establish your business profile on Heroshe. This enhances your credibility within our platform and opens up new opportunities and benefits exclusive to verified business profiles.

Reduced Proof of Purchase Checks: 
Once your business successfully completes the KYB verification process, the need for frequent proof of purchase checks for shipments to Nigeria and Ghana is significantly reduced. Enjoy a streamlined shipping experience without the hassle of constant document uploads.

Custom Labelling: 
With KYB, you gain an added advantage – the ability to add custom labeling to your shipments. Tailor your packages according to your business needs, enhancing brand recognition and ensuring a personalized touch to every delivery.

What Information Do You Need To Complete KYB?

To complete the KYB process, Heroshe Pro and Premium users will need the following business information:

• Business Name (as registered): Ensure the business name matches the registered full name.
• Director’s Name and ID Number: Provide accurate details of the director, including their name and ID number.
• RC Number (Registration Number): Input the registration number associated with the business.
• Business Email and Phone Number: Supply the official email address and phone number associated with the business.
• Valid Physical Address: Provide a valid physical address of the business location.

How to Complete KYB:

• Head to your Heroshe dashboard.
• Click on “Settings” -> “Labelling”. Please note that you must first complete your KYC verification before starting this process.
• You'll be directed to the KYB page. Click on "Get Verified" to initiate the process.
• Enter the required business information as prompted.
• Once the information is submitted, our systems will swiftly process it.

That's it! Upon completing the KYB verification process, your business profile will be verified and ready to enjoy the benefits of expedited shipping and a hassle-free experience with Heroshe.
