What is Storage Access?
Storage access is a feature that helps keep track of your shipment’s storage. Your storage access provides free days to store your items in Heroshe’s U.S., U.K., China and Lagos warehouses. The period of time depends on the shipping plan you are on and starts counting immediately after we process your shipment and ends after you make payment.
How Does Storage Access Work?
When we process your shipment, your dashboard will display a timer showing the number of free storage days available. This occurs when the shipping status changes to 'Processed.' The timer stops when you pay for the shipment, temporarily pausing storage access counting.
The timer resumes its countdown once the shipment status shifts to 'Pickup’ in the Lagos warehouse. You can now see the remaining days until you can pick up your item without incurring storage fees.
The number of free storage days varies based on your plan:
- Basic Users: 30 days of free storage.
- Heroshe Pro Users: 60 days of free storage.
- Heroshe Premium Users: 90 days of free storage.
If you exceed the allocated free storage days, you will pay a daily storage fee of $1 before you can pick up your item.
For example, let’s say you are on the Heroshe Pro Plan, and your item spends 20 days in the U.S. warehouse before payment. When the item becomes available for pickup in Lagos, the timer shows 10 days. During these 10 days, you can pick up the item for free. After this period, the daily storage fee of $1 applies until payment is made.

No, the storage time does not reset. The timer will resume counting after your item is available for pickup, after which you will be charged $1 daily.

- After the 30-day free storage period, a storage fee of $1 per day begins to accumulate.
- The items will be liquidated if the fee accrues for 60 days after the free storage period ends.
- Pro Plan:
- Pro users receive 60 days of free storage.
- After the 60-day free storage period, a storage fee of $1 per day will begin to accumulate.
- If the storage fee accrues for 60 days after the free storage period ends, the items will be liquidated.
- Premium Plan:
- Premium users receive 90 days of free storage.
- After the 90-day free storage period, a storage fee of $1 per day will begin to accumulate.

What happens if my package is liquidated?
If your package is liquidated, it will no longer appear on your dashboard for payment or shipping. Once your items are uploaded to your dashboard, we advise completing your shipping transactions promptly.
How can I ensure my packages are not liquidated?
To avoid liquidation, monitor your dashboard regularly for any uploaded items. Once your items are available for shipment, promptly pay any shipping costs and storage fees. Also, if your package is at our Lagos warehouse, take the necessary steps to collect it or arrange for delivery without delay.
What is the maximum storage fee I can be charged?
The maximum storage fee is $60, which applies if the storage fee accrues for 60 days after the free storage period ends.
