Sign Up on Heroshe

The first step is to create an account on Heroshe. All you need to do is visit our website and click the “Create an account” button at the top right corner to begin registration. If you already have an account with us, you do not need to create another account. Just click “Login" to access your already existing account.

When you get to this page, you want to read our terms and privacy policy (it’s a default thing to accept and continue, but we’re imploring you to please read through). You can sign up with your Google account or email address—use a valid one so you won’t miss all our premium information and updates.

Fill in all the necessary fields, including your name, email address, phone number, country and password. If someone referred you, you can fill in your referral code. Go through all the fields again to ensure all the information provided is correct. If you’re certain of their correctness, click “Create New Account.”

You are welcome to Heroshe! We will now ask a few onboarding questions to serve you better.

We want to know your shipping needs. Are you shipping as a business or a personal shopper? Knowing this will help ensure that our service is tailored to your needs.

Next, we will ask you which countries you want us to ship from. We are constantly improving and expanding our coverage. Your answers will help us know the other countries you want us to reach so we can accommodate your shipping needs and serve you better. We currently ship from the US, UK and China.

Lastly, we’d love to know your experience with international shipping. If you’ve never shipped an item before, click on ‘Beginner.’ if you’ve done a few shipping, click on ‘Intermediate.’ if you’re an odogwu shipper and can confidently navigate Heroshe or other platforms, the ‘Proficient’ option is for you.

You’ll be led automatically to the pricing page. To experience the best of Heroshe, we recommend that you pay for Heroshe Pro. Should you choose the pro plan, you will pay $135 yearly.

You can also opt for a monthly payment and pay $14 monthly to enjoy the same benefits. When you’re sure which plan you’ll go for, click “Get Started” and be led to the payment gateway.

Your Heroshe Dashboard

After you pay for Heroshe Pro (or skip the pricing page), you’ll be led automatically to your Heroshe dashboard. You’ll get a popup notification that Heroshe is now in  China.

Your Heroshe dashboard is like an all-in-one tool. It gives you all the addresses you need to shop. You can also track an ongoing shipment on your Heroshe dashboard. All you need to do is input the tracking ID in the space provided, and you can see the whereabouts of your shipment in real time. 

You can calculate how much your shipping will cost using the shipping calculator. The dashboard overview lets you know the total number of shipments you’ve made, shipments you’ve not paid for, and your wallet balance.

Set Up Your Home Delivery Address

Click on  “Address Book” from your dashboard to add a home delivery address (a Nigerian address). If you do not want to pick up your shipment from our Lagos warehouse, it will be delivered to this address when it arrives in Nigeria. You can add more than one address and change an address if you no longer use it.

Now that you have set up your Heroshe account, you can enjoy shipping to Nigeria from China. When you’re done shopping from your preferred online store in China, copy the China address from your Heroshe dashboard and paste it into the address option on the checkout page. Your items will be delivered to our warehouse and then prepared for shipping to Nigeria. It takes 10-14 working days  (sometimes less) for your items to be shipped to Nigeria.

How much does it cost to ship from China to Nigeria?

It costs $8 to ship items that weigh 1 pound (0.45kg). This means you can ship a shoe, a wireless keyboard or a small tablet for just $8. Additionally, if you have delicate items like a TV or a piece of glass furniture, you can add extra protection with the optional crating fee.
