How Does the Heroshe Smart Locker Work?

The Heroshe Smart Locker system is designed to make picking up your parcels at the Lagos warehouse easy and efficient. Here’s how it works:

Select the Pick-Up Option: When shipping an item to Nigeria, choose the pick-up option.

Locker Preparation: On your scheduled pick-up day, the Lagos warehouse team will place your parcel in the smart locker, after which you'll receive an email notification.

Receive Your Pick-Up Code: This email will contain a unique 4-digit code for your parcel.

Retrieve Your Item:

Go to the Lagos Warehouse.
Locate the smart locker with a screen under the Heroshe logo just in front of the warehouse.
Tap on “Collect a Parcel” on the touchscreen interface.
Enter your 4-digit pick-up code.
The locker will open automatically, allowing you to collect your package.
